| Richard has over 16 years horticultural experience and a Higher National Diploma in Amenity and Landscape Horticulture. Trained by the Royal Horticultural Society at RHS Rosemoor and RHS Wisley, Richard was awarded the prestigious year long Elizabeth Hess Scholarship to Tresco Abbey Gardens on the Isles of Scilly. He then spent 2 years as senior gardener at the Lost Gardens of Heligan in Cornwall. As well as having his work published he has given talks at the Eden Project and other Horticultural Societies. Since 2005 Richard has been mostly based in Dorset creating both traditional and contemporary designs in private and commercial environments. |
